General Conditions
By attending the present agreement I do confirm all information provided to be true and to accept all general conditions indicated below.

Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability
I confirm that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the classes offered on the lePOP.yoga platform. In case of doubt, I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my participation in any of the yoga classes, programs, workshops and trainings. I understand the risks associated with the activities offered and I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate and adapt at my level in classes, workshops, trainings or other programs proposed.
In taking part in the yoga classes, workshops or other activities I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, trainings or other activities.
I hereby waive and release its owners, employees and guest instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

Validity of classes
All class offers are valid for the duration indicated at the moment of purchase; the respective validity is indicated on the personal attendance file. Unused classes expire at the end of the validity date. Classes are valid as indicated.

Refunds
No cash-back, refunds or exchanges for other services on unused classes.

Extensions
Extensions are granted in case of serious medical issues. Upon prompt presentation of the doctor’s note the validity of classes is extended by the time of absence indicated on the medical certificate. The remainder needs to be taken within one year after the date of the incident.

Not-transferable
I understand that all class offers and the membership are personal and not transferable and cannot be shared with other people.

Privacy Declaration

Consent For Use Of My Personal Information
I consent that lePOP.yoga retains my personal information to address me communications regularly. I understand that I can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. My personal details will be used exclusively for communication and customer relationship details and NEVER voluntarily disclosed to any third party, be it a company or a fellow yoga student.
