BEGINNER-FRIENDLY YOGA

Regular classes are designed for all levels. While they are aimed at the folks who already bring some experience and understanding of the essential yoga asanas, beginners may also attend. In all my yoga classes you will encounter a blend of basic and more advanced postures.

Beginners in regular yoga classes

You may start anytime at your convenience in one of the scheduled regular classes. Your highly experienced teacher will indicate modifications to align and adjust the asanas (postures) correctly and safely. You will learn to build a safe and strong yoga practice that helps you open the body.
Yoga is appropriate for anyone. No need to be particularly flexible or be able to quieten the mind. Remind yourself that you start yoga to become more flexible in your body and your mind! The less flexible you are the more progress you will see.

Medical condition: In case of a specific medical condition, always consult your doctor first about being able to follow yoga classes containing physical exercises.
